Keto Creamy Garlic Parmesan Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
  2. Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until they turn pink and are cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir well to combine.
  5. Cook the cream and cheese mixture over low heat, stirring frequently, until it thickens and coats the back of a spoon.
  6. Stir in the chopped fresh parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Add the cooked shrimp back to the skillet and toss to coat them with the creamy sauce.
