Keto Garlic Butter Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Heat the butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using) to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until they turn pink and opaque.
  4. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Remove the skillet from the heat and garnish with chopped parsley.
  6. Serve the Keto Garlic Butter Shrimp as a main dish or over cauli-rice or zucchini noodles for a delicious low-carb meal.
