Keto Garlic Butter Shrimp

Ingredients:
- 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Heat the butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using) to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until they turn pink and opaque.
- Season the shrimp with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and garnish with chopped parsley.
- Serve the Keto Garlic Butter Shrimp as a main dish or over cauli-rice or zucchini noodles for a delicious low-carb meal.
